Afternoon Tea, NI Year of Food and Drink, Recipe
In the spirit of all things 'Brewing and Distilling' this month and to celebrate our fantastic Titanic Tipple Competition as part of the NI Year of Food and Drink campaign, we’re bringing you this delicious ‘Cocktail of the Month’ straight from our bar manager!
 
The Rose Cocktail

A popular cocktail in 1920s Paris, this delicate concoction gets its soft pink colour from the addition of raspberry syrup and vodka, topped with Henri Abele champagne - famous for being the champagne served on board RMS Titanic! Why not give it a go this weekend!

Ingredients:

35ml Raspberry Infused Vodka
15ml Grenadine
15ml Dry Martini
Henri Abele Champagne
Fresh Raspberries
Lime


Method:
  1. Add the vodka, grenadine and dry martini to a cocktail shaker and give it your best Tom Cruise in Cocktail impression!
     
  2. Strain into an ice cold martini glass, then top up with a little Henri Abele champagne.
     
  3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and some raspberries to serve!
