Tickets for Titanic Belfast are based on a timed ticketing with slots available every 20 minutes throughout opening times.
Tickets are also available via telephone on T: +44 28 9076 6399 or in person at the Belfast Welcome Centre, 47 Donegall Place, Belfast, BT1 5AD.
A £1 transaction fee applies to all card transaction

EXHIBITION:
Nine galleries employing a variety of interactive media including CGI, film, audio, artefacts and full-scale replicas; a high point being a Shipyard Ride though the Titanic under construction.

TAXIS:
Value Cabs Tel +44 28 9080 9080 is Titanic Belfast's Official Taxi partner. They have a number of accessible cabs and will drop off and collect visitors at the main entrance. There are two Value Cabs Free Phones in the building - one in the main concourse and one at the lifts on the 5th Floor.
CHILDREN:
The Titanic Belfast exhibition is suitable for children.
All children under the age of 5 are admitted free to the exhibition.
Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied at all times by an adult over the age of 18.
Some visiting exhibitions within our temporary gallery may not be suitable for children and may be excluded from the entry price.
BUGGIES:
Parents with young children are welcome in Titanic Belfast.
Buggies may be taken anywhere in the exhibition except the Shipyard Ride. Unfortunately it is not possible to take buggies or babes in arms onto the Shipyard Ride.
THE GRAND STAIRCASE:
Visitors can access the near-replica Grand Staircase located in the private banqueting & conferencing suite on selected Sundays. More information on the series of ‘Staircase Sunday’ events are on the homepage of the website, www.titanicbelfast.com.

General Access
Titanic Belfast is surrounded by a paved plaza which is fully accessible.
Titanic Belfast has four entrances, all have level access. The main door is revolving and the 3 other doors are automatic bi-parting.
The main access doors lead to the Atrium which has a granite floored surface.
On the Atrium there is level access to the Titanic Store, The Galley Café and Bistro 401.
The ticket desks within the Atrium have lowered counters.
There are lifts within the Atrium providing access to all levels.
The Titanic Belfast Experience entrance is on Level One
All areas of the exhibition which have audio have integrated loop systems; visitors who use hearing aids should switch them to the T setting
There is seating for rest points throughout the galleries.
Accessible Parking
There are 2 levels of underground car park.
Level -2 has 6 accessible spaces
Level -1 has 4 accessible spaces

Wheelchairs

Scooters
In conjunction with Shop Mobility Titanic Belfast can arrange for mobility scooters to be available for the duration of your visit (subject to availability). PLEASE NOTE that Shop Mobility will need to assess the person’s ability to control a scooter for health and safety and insurance purposes.
This must be done on Shop Mobility premises and only during their opening hours: Mon – Fri , 9am – 4pm
