6. Law and Jurisdiction

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

7. Rules and Regulations

Occasionally within the site you may find other rules or terms relating to specific material which may conflict with or contradict these terms and conditions. These could be rules for competitions, specific download requirements, or prize draws, for example. If there is any conflict then the rules or terms relating to specific material will win out over the more general terms and conditions. 8. Booking Terms & Conditions

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except at the absolute discretion of TBL
If any customer wishes to amend the date or time of any booking for their visit to Titanic Belfast following the purchase of ticket(s) the customer should immediately notify Titanic Belfast Limited who shall use its reasonable endeavours to accommodate the alternative date and time requested by the customer. An administration fee of £5 per booking will be charged by Titanic Belfast Limited to that customer. For the avoidance of doubt, the administration fee will apply to all bookings made online on the Titanic Belfast website, through the call centre operated by Titanic Belfast Limited and through the ticketing kiosks situated at Titanic Belfast.
Ticket holders for Titanic Belfast experiences (including disabled guests and groups and schools) must arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to their experience time.
Latecomers will not be admitted, except at the absolute discretion of Titanic Belfast Limited.
Titanic Belfast Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to be open and operational during published opening hours but reserves the right to close the experience on any given day or part thereof, whether for security or any other reason, without notice. In the event of such closure, any Tickets issued for use only on the day of closure will be exchanged or refunded by Titanic Belfast Limited at the price paid for them but no further compensation will be paid.
Visitors are reminded that from time to time parts of the experience may be closed for maintenance or for technical reasons. Tickets will not be refunded and no compensation will be paid in the event of such closures.
Proof of entitlement for certain ticket types may be required for entry (for example, to qualify for the Student Concession Ticket a valid NUS card or valid Internationally Recognised Student ID should be produced).
Visitors should be aware that there may be school groups in the attraction during a visit.
Titanic Belfast reserves the right to alter any offers and promotions without notice.
No promotions and special offers are valid on Bank Holidays.
The management reserves the right to remove a customer from the building if their behaviour is considered likely to either cause offence or create a nuisance to other visitors or staff.
Titanic Belfast reserves the right to alter admission prices and opening times without notice. Visitors are reminded that from time to time parts of the experience may be closed for maintenance or for technical reasons. Tickets will not be refunded and no compensation will be paid in the event of such closures.


  • Titanic Belfast is suitable for children.
  • All children under the age of 5 are admitted free to the exhibition.
  • Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied at all times by an adult over the age of 18.
  • Parents with young children are welcome in Titanic Belfast.
  • Buggies may be taken anywhere in the exhibition except the Shipyard Ride. Unfortunately it is not possible to take buggies or babes in arms onto the Shipyard Ride.
  • Some visiting exhibitions within our temporary gallery may not be suitable for children and may be excluded from the entry price.

Visitor Health and Safety

Titanic Belfast staff may draw visitor’s attention to certain Health & Safety procedures to which visitors must adhere to.

Visitor Conduct

Titanic Belfast Limited reserves the right to prosecute any persons found damaging or defacing any part of the experience.
Visitors are required to observe the following prohibitions while at the experience:
  • No smoking
  • No pets or animals except for guide dogs and hearing dogs
  • No consumption of food or drink inside the exhibition (except bottled water) without the express permission of Titanic Belfast Limited.
  • No access to any area of the attraction other than areas designated for access by visitors
  • No use of illegal drugs or consumption of alcohol except in authorised places and in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003


In the interests of safety, Visitors may be asked to submit to a search of their person or belongings and anyone refusing to submit or found to be in possession of materials believed by Titanic Belfast Limited to be dangerous or unsuitable will be denied entry or removed from the experience.
Visitors must keep their personal belongings with them at all times and Titanic Belfast Limited accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings brought into the experience.


Flash photography and video recording is strictly prohibited within the galleries. Amateur photography without flash is allowed.
From time to time staff may request visitors that refrain from the use of cameras and recording devices in respect of Titanic Belfast Limited’s child protection policy.
From time to time Titanic Belfast Limited or other authorised third parties may carry out photography or other recording at the attraction and any images or recordings may feature visitors. Visitors consent to the use of such images by Titanic Belfast Limited in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with Titanic Belfast Limited and/or any authorised third party.
