How do I book an Adhoc Group visit to Titanic Belfast?


Please complete the form below for your group booking of 15 or more people. Once your request is submitted, the Group Sales Department will contact you to review and confirm your group details and process your payment. Confirmations are only provided once your payment is received and processed by the Group Sales Department.


Travel Trade? If you are planning to bring over 200 visitors per annum to Titanic Belfast, either via groups or FIT's, you are eligible to apply for a Travel Trade contract with voucher payment. Please contact [email protected] or call +44 (0)28 9076 6383 to discuss rates and options.

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING: Upon receipt of a completed booking form, and subject to availability, you will be issued with a confirmation notice and pro forma invoice via email which contains details of your tour reservation, and terms and conditions. If the date of visit is more than 6 weeks away, the pro-forma must be paid within 30 days. If date of visit is within 6 weeks then booking is not reserved and full payment is due immediately to confirm booking.

Once paid the number of visitors cannot be reduced and refunds cannot be given. The number of visitors on confirmed bookings may be increased subject to availability. Balance for increase MUST be paid in full at time of request. Confirmed numbers can be increased by 10% on day of visit, payment taken on arrival with cash or card.

A Group Booking Request does not reflect an official booking until you have received written confirmation and invoice from Titanic Belfast Limited. Please do not send payment with booking form as we may not be able to accommodate your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your booking you may lose some or all of the money you have paid.

Cancellations within 72 hours of Date and Time of Visit will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking value.

Cancellations on the day of Visit (“NO SHOW”) will be subject to a 100% charge of the total booking value.

Where do we go when we get to Titanic Belfast?

If arriving by coach, the vehicle will pull into the designated coach parking bay at the side of the building. One of our Titanic Belfast Group Hosts will then board the bus to meet your group and explain a bit about their visit. The group will then embark into the building where they will be fast-tracked to the first floor past the general public. 
 

Will our group be escorted by our own guide throughout our visit?

Titanic Belfast is an extremely interactive experience where our visitors can progress through the galleries at their own pace, concentrating on the things that interest them most. Therefore, Titanic Belfast works best as a self-guided experience.
 

Can we come out of the experience half way through for a snack or lunch break and then go back in where we left off?

Unfortunately, due to our careful monitoring of guest numbers in the galleries we cannot allow guests to re-enter to the experience after leaving.
 

How much time should I allow for my visit?

The Titanic Belfast Experience takes on average 2-3 hours to complete and you should be on site at least 20 minutes prior to your gallery entry time.
 

What if our group have accessibility needs?

Please let the group booking team know any accessibility needs on your group booking form. Titanic Belfast is a fully-accessible building. For more on accessibility see here.
 

Can you provide catering for our group?

Titanic Belfast is always happy to accommodate group bookings for catering when possible. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details and menus.
