What is the minimum number for group bookings?

The minimum number is 15 paying guests.

 

Do you offer complimentary entry to teachers and tour leaders?

We offer complimentary entry to registered Blue Badge guides and coach drivers only when accompanying group.

 

Do I have to pre-book for my group?

Pre-booking is strongly recommended to ensure you are guaranteed your requested timeslot and to benefit from discounted adult group rates.

Groups who are not pre-booked will be charged general admission rates upon arrival at our ticketing desks.

 

Do I have to pre-pay for my group visit?

To secure your group booking payment must be made before your visit.

If payment is not received for your booking prior to your visit, you will be treated as a walk-up group and will be charged at the full public prices.

 

Is there a booking fee?

We do not charge booking fees for any of our group booking services.

 

Do you have audio guides?

Hand-held multi-media guides are available for your group at an additional cost of £2 per person (group rate).

Multi-media guides offer a verbal and visual guided 'feel' to the experience and offer additional information that is not displayed within the galleries, giving the experience a more personal touch.

The audio guides are available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, plus one tailored to meet the needs of the visually impaired.* Guides also include state-of-the-art British Sign Language visuals.


*For groups of 15 people or more requiring visually impaired multi-media guides please call +44 (0)28 9076 6386 to reserve the guides at least 2 weeks prior to your visit. 

 

Where do we go when we get to Titanic Belfast?

A coach drop off/pick-up point is located at the West entrance of the building, with a 10 minute set down. A group host will board your coach and escort you into the building where you will be fast-tracked into the galleries.

 

Where do I collect tickets for my group on the day?

Tickets can be collected upon arrival at our ticketing desks. If you are one of our approved travel trade companies you will be required to provide your approved voucher.

 

Will our group be escorted by our own guide throughout our visit?

No, Titanic Belfast is an extremely interactive experience which works best as a self-guided tour.

 

How much time should I allow for my visit?

You should arrive 15 minutes before your allocated timeslot. The Titanic Experience takes on average 90 minutes to two hours, with a further 30 mintures required for SS Nomadic.

 

What if our group have accessibility needs?
