Please help us to stop the spread of Coronavirus by providing your details for the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland's Covid-19 Contact Tracing Service.
By maintaining records of staff, customers and visitors, and sharing these with the Contact Tracing Service we can help to identify people who may have been exposed to Covid-19.
The Contact Tracing Service have asked us to retain this information for 21 days from the date of your visit, to enable contact tracing to be carried out during that period. We will only share information with the Contact Tracing Service if it is specifically requested by them. For example, if another customer at the venue reported symptoms and subsequently tested positive, the Contact Tracing Service can request the log of customer details for a particular time period.
To help us provide this information, if you visited the building outside of booking a ticket for a timeslot, please complete the below form.
Data will be held securely for 21 days, then deleted in line with GDPR legislation. The 21 day period reflects the incubation period for Covid-19 (which can be up to 14 days) and an additional 7 days to allow time for testing and tracing. Further details on this are available on request from privacy@titanicbelfast.com.
